Dien Group Ltd., therefore, reserves the right to modify/adjust the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalog, according to what will be communicated by the manufacturers, even without any notice.

Product Availability
In the product catalog published on the store.dien.itwebsite, because access and the ability to place order online change the availability of the product in real time, Dien Group ltd. does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods.

Risk and Property
The goods are shipped in free port, insured with an invoice; in the event that the goods were shipped to the assigned port, on the recommendation of the customer, the risk is to be borne by the Customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from its warehouses. At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In the event of a discrepancy, it must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within 14 days by fax or recommended a.r., to Dien Group Ltd. to the relevant salesman. Even if there is a well-packaged box, goods must be checked within 14 days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies, must be reported in writing by e-mail, telephone, fax, recommended a.r. or directly from your account on the website store.dien.it. Any report beyond these terms will not be taken into account. For each statement, the Customer takes full responsibility for what is stated.

Orders
Orders are accepted only in written form, either by fax, or via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order via Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a confirmation notice from the order, or by e-mail (E-mail), with the indication of the relevant order number; In the event that, after the order is sent, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be understood as not accepted, at any legal effect, even if for accounting, administrative or product shortage reasons.

Price
The prices of each item are intended to be VAT INCLUDED If changes in VAT rates and other indirect taxes take place in periods after the date of printing of any leaflets or paper promotions, the corresponding price changes will be applied in more or less. Shipping costs, as a flat-rate contribution, are also subject to ordinary VAT. The prices indicated on the site are those that the customer must actually pay with the only addition of the fixed contribution for shipping costs, indicated directly in the order confirmation, and possibly the right of marking for any order and any destination in Italy and abroad.

Payment methods
The goods provided must be paid with Postal Mark, PayPal, Credit Card, Postal Mail, Postal Check or Early Bank Transfer.

Warranty
The items are covered by a 24 months Warranty, in the case of sale to the Consumer, provided by the Code of Consumption to art. 128 ss, unless otherwise noted.

“Satisfied or
Refunded” Warranty
According to art. no.64 and following of Leg. Decree no. 206/2005, (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for any reason and without providing explanations, to the conditions outlined below. To exercise this right, the customer must contact our customer service and request the “Return Authorization Number” (RMA). The goods must then be returned to the customer’s care and expenses within 14 days of the delivery date of the goods (as required by the Consumer Code). Dien Group SRL will return the amount paid for the purchase of the returned goods.
