Returns and annulment

The internet sales of our products are identified as distance contracts, therefore regulated according to Legislative Decree n. 206/05 (art. Return times

Please send back the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery to offered to us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Applicable law and competent court:

These General Conditions and the relations between Dien Group s.r.l.and the consumer are governed by the law of the Italian Republic. Any dispute concerning, deriving from or in any case connected to these General Contract Conditions will be remitted to the jurisdiction of the Court in the event that the buyer is a private individual acting for purposes unrelated to the exercise of the company or his professional activity, the territorial jurisdiction mandatory is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State.
